This game has a bug in it where it gives you 10 points for moving a card from the reserve pile onto a foundation & does not subtract the 10 points if you use the undo button to move the card back to the reserves.

When you use the undo button it does not reduce or increase your move count, so each move you make and then undo counts as 1 move.

If you need to undo a move you can use the undo button.

In general it is better to lay cards from the tableau stacks rather than cards from the reserves as you need to get all the cards on the tableau face up to be able to beat the game & you can repeatedly shuffle through the reserves.
